Formerly the Thirsty Dog Pub, the Dog Pub is a great bar with micro-brews and great food in the heart of Federal Hill. All beers are in house, and 2 for $3.50. They are 12-oz. each, but still a good deal and come in some interesting flavors (Peach, Blueberry, etc). Pizzas are diverse and all excellent. The first two floors have seating and the third has a shuffle board table. If you like good beer and you think pizza goes well with it, you should make it out to the Dog Pub.
